SmartySupreme is published by Thiollywood (France). This policy explains what the game collects and why. Short version: no sign-up, no advertising, no tracking across apps, no sale of data.

What we collect

• A random player ID created on your device the first time you play, and a secret that lets your device open sessions. No name, e-mail or phone number is needed to play.
• Game data: your progress (Sparks, gems, items, characters, scores, answers to questions, missions, leagues), the gestures of each show (so our server can replay and validate it) and the name you choose (optional).
• Social data you create: friends you add, teases you send, your "Quiz Me" questions and your friends' results. Your name, character and scores are visible to your friends and, for leaderboards and leagues, to other players.
• Purchases: the store transaction (product, date, transaction ID) to deliver what you bought and handle refunds. We never see your payment details: Apple and Google handle payment.
• Optional account linking (Sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, in Settings): only the account's anonymous identifier, to restore your progress on a new phone. We do not request your e-mail, name, contacts or friends list from these services.
• Notifications (if you allow them): a push token for your device and your time zone, to avoid sending anything at night.
• Anonymous statistics and crash reports: game events (screens, shows, purchases), device model, OS version, country and language settings, linked to the random ID only. You can turn them off in Settings › Anonymous statistics.

Why

To run the game and its online features (saving, friends, ghosts, leaderboards, purchases), to keep it fair (cheat detection), to fix bugs and improve the game, and to answer support requests. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of the contract (the game you use), our legitimate interest (security, statistics, which you can turn off), and your consent for notifications.

Where it is stored

Game server: Cloudflare (worldwide network) and Neon (PostgreSQL database, United States). Statistics: our Thiollywood analytics service hosted on Google Cloud (European Union). Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Providers only process data on our behalf.

How long

As long as your account exists. Friends' feed items are deleted after 30 days, transaction logs after 180 days (purchase records are kept as required by accounting law, without being linked to you after deletion). Accounts inactive for 3 years are deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to statistics or withdraw consent at any time. Delete everything in the app: Settings › Delete my account (it is immediate and final), or see Delete account. Contact: felix@thiollywood.com (please include the Player ID shown in Settings). You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Children

SmartySupreme is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 uses the game, contact us and we will delete the account.

Advertising and tracking

The game shows no third-party advertising and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites (no IDFA / advertising ID).

Changes

We will update this page if anything changes, and tell you in the game for important changes.
