These terms are an agreement between you and Thiollywood, publisher of SmartySupreme. By playing you accept them. Apple's standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies to the iOS app.

The game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play SmartySupreme for your own entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old. Questions are for entertainment: we work hard to make them accurate, but we can't guarantee every fact; report mistakes in the app.

Virtual items

Sparks, gems, jokers, characters and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game, and are a license to use them in the game, not property. We may change the game's economy to keep it balanced.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including refunds. The Supreme Club is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or monthly; free trial when offered): payment is charged to your store account at confirmation; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app in your currency.

Fair play

No cheating, hacking, automated play, exploiting bugs, reselling accounts, or harassing other players. Shows are verified by our server; we may cancel results, remove items obtained unfairly, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content (names, Quiz Me)

You are responsible for the names and questions you write. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, contain personal data of others, links or advertising. You grant us the right to display them in the game to the people concerned. We may remove content and suspend accounts. Report content in the app or at felix@thiollywood.com.

Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is". Online features need an internet connection and may be interrupted. We may update or discontinue the game; if we discontinue it we will give notice in the game where possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or virtual items. Nothing limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Contact: felix@thiollywood.com.
